As a showrunner and director, Nikki has driven groundbreaking series like On The Rise:  JuJu Watkins and Full  Court  Press, using documentary storytelling not just to surface the human drama of sport, but to amplify the voices and visibility of female athletes, a mission that holds special importance to her.

Nikki began her career at NBC’s Olympic unit, where she helped shape the coverage of seven Olympic Games, including gymnastics-focused storytelling in Tokyo.
