Nikki Spetseris is a multi‑Emmy Award‑winning producer, director and showrunner, who has been a leading voice in sports documentary filmmaking for almost two decades. Her impressive body of work spans nearly every major platform, with projects featured on NBC, HBO, ESPN, Netflix, Showtime, Amazon, CBS, ABC, and FOX.

As a showrunner and director, Nikki has driven groundbreaking series like On The Rise:  JuJu Watkins and Full  Court  Press, using documentary storytelling not just to surface the human drama of sport, but to amplify the voices and visibility of female athletes, a mission that holds special importance to her.

Nikki began her career at NBC’s Olympic unit, where she helped shape the coverage of seven Olympic Games, including gymnastics-focused storytelling in Tokyo. While her roots are in sports, Nikki’s creative reach extends far beyond—leading projects on topics ranging from inspiring young minds for Disney+ and civilian space travel for Netflix, to artificial intelligence for Google and the Royal Family for Time Inc.

Nikki excels at managing large creative teams and juggling the complex logistics of multi-location shoots while maintaining a clear, captivating vision.
